It is not necessary to be home if you have already spoken with a technician and discussed your concerns. If not, it is best to be there and be sure that your specific concerns are addressed.
If you are present during your cleaning you may pay with cash or check, to give to the technician when the cleaning is completed. If you are not present, please pay pay by credit or debit card, or Zelle.
We do not accept checks sent by mail.
Before the technician leaves, go over the house or RV together, Let the technician re-clean to your satisfaction. If you are not present upon completion you have one week to request a re clean if necessary.
That’s entirely up to you. You can give him cash, or include it in your charged card.
