We use an industry accepted cleaning solution and a soft washing system that delivers lots of water, with less pressure to protect your siding and roof materials. Plants that are close to the house are rinsed and covered, to protect from any cleaning solution. Each wall of your house receives 3 water applications, first to wet it and prepare it for the soap solution, second, the soap solution, and third, a final rinse of clear water to remove the dirt, grime and solution from the house.

It is not necessary to be home if you have already spoken with a technician and discussed your concerns. If not, it is best to be there and be sure that your specific concerns are addressed.
If you are present during your cleaning you may pay with cash or check, to give to the technician when the cleaning is completed. If you are not present, please pay pay by credit or debit card, or Zelle.
We do not accept checks sent by mail.
Before the technician leaves, go over the house or RV together, Let the technician re-clean to your satisfaction. If you are not present upon completion you have one week to request a re clean if necessary.
That’s entirely up to you. You can give him cash, or include it in your charged card.

Package #1 – Revive & Basic Clean
A basic wash caresses every exterior inch of your coach with wash mitts, soft brushes, and lambswool pads to ensure it has a long life and continues to turn heads, on the highway as well as in the park. A roof wash will clean all ac units, fans, etc. that are on the roof, as well as help detect any cracks in the sealants. Steps into your unit last longer, are less dangerous, and certainly look better after cleaning and treatment.
