I called Lakeshore on a Tuesday morning requesting a price quote on a moss covered patio cover. Chris, the owner, assured me there was no job to small. She and her brother showed up that afternoon, gave me a reasonable quote and immediately began working. Much elbow grease and bleach were applied to the problem. The moss gradually disappeared, though not all. They applied another helping of bleach to allow it to have time to kill the moss. Chris assured me that they would be back if the next rain didn't  finish the job. Sure enough, I got a call the next week. Chris and her team did an excellent job cleaning and power washing the exterior of our historic pavilion and concrete patio! I can not say enough about their ability to tackle various tough cleaning chores that we did not have the ability to complete ourselves. We will be using their services again!!
