They power washed our small patio, walkway, RV and the awning. They also resealed everything on the camper that needed it. It was a new group of guys still learning however they did a great job and everything turned out sparkly clean.

I called Lakeshore on a Tuesday morning requesting a price quote on a moss covered patio cover. Chris, the owner, assured me there was no job to small. She and her brother showed up that afternoon, gave me a reasonable quote and immediately began working. Much elbow grease and bleach were applied to the problem. The moss gradually disappeared, though not all. They applied another helping of bleach to allow it to have time to kill the moss. Chris assured me that they would be back if the next rain didn't finish the job. Sure enough, I got a call the next week. I told her we were satisfied with the job, no need return.

Lakeshore Exterior Cleaning did a great job cleaning the outside of the Hart Area Public Library. They were willing to come back multiple times due to extenuating circumstances and made sure we were satisfied with the results.
