What to Expect for our House Cleaning Services from A CLEAN HOUSE
- Thank you for this opportunity to help you to live in the level of cleanliness that you require for your home. We hope to serve you so long that you become a part of A Clean House family.
- We ask that you provide a vacuum cleaner and a pail and mop and any other specific cleaning products that you wish to be used. This prevents cross contamination of insects, bedbugs, etc. Cleaners will use their own materials other than the vacuum, pail and mop, and your specific cleaners.
- Prior to your Cleaning, you will receive a Cleaning List of cleaning activities that will be done based on the type of clean your request: an Initial Deep Clean, Maintenance Clean, Deep Clean, Post Construction Clean, Move In/Out Clean. You will know what your Cleaning activities entail.
- Your cleaner(s) arrive within a 30 minute period from the set appointment time. If the appointment is for 8:00, you can expect your cleaner(s) from 8:00 to 8:30. This 30 minute grace time will help lessen stress for both you and your cleaner(s).
- Your cleaner will ask you to walk around the house so he/she can know what are your areas of concern and your priorities. The cleaner(s) will take photos or videos before and after the Cleaning.
- Cleaner(s) work from the same list as you received previously, according to the type of Cleaning you requested.
- At the end of the Cleaning, the cleaner(s) will once again ask you to walk around to confirm she/he has done the job to your satisfaction. Once the Cleaning is complete, and you are happy with his/her work, please sign the Cleaning List. This acknowledges your satisfaction with the work.This is our effort to prevent “call-backs.” You will only be charged for the work after you have signed the Cleaning List. Within 24 hours, if you notice an area that was missed, you may still bring that to our attention and it will be recleaned to your satisfaction.
- The price you have been quoted is based on the amount of space to be cleaned, the degree of “dirty,” and the normal amount of clutter expected for this type of Cleaning. If the cleaner(s) determine that a significantly longer amount of time (1+ hours) will be required to complete the job due to excessive clutter, extreme dirtiness, or more area than expected, A Clean House member of management will contact you to inform you of any additional charges. You may agree to finish the job including the additional charges, or you may wish for the cleaner(s) to use the allotted time remaining to clean your priority areas.
